All my cakes are made from scratch using only the highest quality, free-range ingredients and never preservatives. A cake should taste as good as it looks.
Below is a serving guide based on a cake that is cut into a grid pattern of 1″x2″ sized portions. You may get slightly more or less.

Classic Vanilla Cake
The most popular cake of all – a delicious Vanilla cake, layered with vanilla buttercream and either a strawberry or raspberry conserve of your choice.

The best of both worlds – this cake is vanilla based with a generous amount of chocolate swirled into the mix. Paired beautifully with either vanilla or chocolate buttercream.

Salted Caramel Cake
A delicious, sweet and salty cake baked with light brown sugar to enhance those caramel notes. Layered with caramel sauce and salted caramel buttercream. Perfect for that sweet tooth.
