How do I place an order?
You can book an order by filling out the online form with your details and cake requirements. I’ll reply to confirm your order as soon as possible.
How do I pay for my order?
I ask for a 50% non refundable deposit on orders over £60, with any outstanding balance to be paid the day prior to collection. Orders under £60 are to be paid in full, on order. Payment on order is also required if the collection / delivery date is less than two weeks away when booking. I only secure a cake in my diary once deposit is received.

What happens if there is a problem with my order?
Customer 100% satisfaction is extremely important to me. If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your product, please contact me within 24 hours of collection and be able to provide evidence of fault. Depending on reason/evidence, a partial refund may be offered. An untouched cake, with valid evidence of fault, may receive a full refund.
Are you regulated by the Food Standards Agency?
Yes, with a 5* food hygiene certificate.
